Deposits

An initial deposit of $2000 is required to secure a date for your wedding reception.  This deposit is a non-refundable binder that will be applied to the final master account or forfeited in the event of cancellation.

A deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the estimated total of food and beverage is due ninety (90) days prior to the function date. 

A deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the estimated total of food and beverage is due sixty (60) days prior to the function date. 

A deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the estimated total of food and beverage is due thirty (30) days prior to the function date. 

A final deposit equal to the remaining twenty-five percent (25%) of the estimated total of food and beverage is due 2 weeks prior to the function date.
